Customers gives those informations, when shoppin or contacting customer cervise other ways.

 

HOW WE USE THIS REGISTER

Customer informations will be used only to take care customer contacts and they will not be given to any other persons outside the webshop exept in these cases:

• to deliver product
• to claim unpaid bills
• to controllin our webshop
• to authorities,  when they ask it and the law accept it

 

SAVING AND DESTROING REGISTER FILES

In general customer register files will be saved until the end of customer relationship. Order, billing and payment information though will be stored as any other bookkeeping information. When customer information is no longer anyway needed, they will be destroied safely.

 

PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER REGISTER FILES

• Customer register files will be handled confidential. Information will be secured properly by firewall and other similer cover methods.
• The register files are stored only in computer and possible paper prints will be destroied immediately and properly.
• The register files will be used only by persons, who need to use it and who are bound to secrecy.

 

CUSTOMER HAS FOLLOWING RIGHTS CONSIDERING REGISTER

• to check his or hers own informations (personality will be checked)
• to update his or hers own informations
• to deny marketing use of his or hers informations
